We provide weekly written progress reports on all aspects of the work performed for the client. Further, we encourage extensive use of chat meetings & conference calls between the key personnel from the Client side with the Development team at our Company. Lack of Communication and Miscommunication are the biggest causes of failure in outsourcing relationships. Through a weekly development cycle and weekly progress reports and frequent chats, emails (probably several times daily) & conference calls we ensure that any problems are caught at the earliest possible moment and corrective and preventive actions can be taken.
